High Tide Club by Mary Kay Andrews

This was one of the videos we did for Target stores. It’s played over a huge collection of 8 HDTV monitors(4×2). This setup can be tricky at times as any normal video occupies the center 4 screens, and the book will be on the left and right as bookends.

Just having sand dunes blow in the wind was fine, but I wanted to add a little whimsy. The book is a beach read, nothing too serious, so it wasn’t out of place. I decided to have a beach ball come bouncing through, and the fact that it bounces through the entire video, even through the book panels, gives it a little fun surprise when you’re not expecting it.
